Core plastic casing production process

    First, computer mold design

    Second, the proofing of the mold

    After the customer confirms the good product mold pattern, the production department will conduct mold production based on this sample image. We can select the appropriate mold material (gypsum mold, copper mold, aluminum mold) according to the complexity of product production.

    Third, the production of molds

    After the sample was confirmed by the customer, we began to make the number of molds based on the order quantity. In the mold making process, we need to pay special attention to the control of various factors to ensure that the entire mold thickness distribution is even and complete.

    Fourth, the formation of plastic shell

    After the completion of the mold production, we can combine the special production equipment to shape the shell plastic products. In the production process, special attention should be paid to the control of temperature, strength, materials, etc., so as to prevent the appearance of a wrong shape or thickness of the product after molding.

    Fifth, punch processing

    After the molding process of the plastic casing is completed, the punching process is also required. Through this process, the production of a single housing blister product can be completed.

    Sixth, sorting and packaging

    For the finished casing blister products, it is necessary to go through the final inspection. In this link, we mainly check the quality of our products. The contents of the inspection mainly include: product molding effect, foam shell pull condition, whether there is air bubbles, whether scratches, the surface is smooth and so on. Only qualified products will be formally put into packaging.
