1, the size of the batch

5, modification

       If you use a mechanical horizontal saw to cut off the clamping edge of the plastic part, at least 6~8mm margin is required in the height direction. Other finishing tasks, such as grinding, laser cutting or jetting, must also have margins. 6, shrinkage and deformation

       Plastics tend to shrink (such as PE), and some plastic parts are easily deformed. In any case, the plastic parts will be deformed during cooling. Under this condition, the shape of the forming mold is changed to adapt to the geometric deviation of the plastic part. For example: Although the plastic part wall remains flat, its reference center has deviated by 10mm; the mold base can be raised to adjust the amount of shrinkage of this deformation.

7, the amount of shrinkage

       The following shrinkage factors must be taken into consideration when manufacturing plastic molding. 1 shrinkage of molded products. If the shrinkage of the plastic cannot be clearly known, it must be sampled or obtained by tests using similarly shaped molds. Note: The shrinkage can only be obtained by this method, and the deformation size cannot be obtained. 2 The shrinkage caused by the adverse effects of intermediate media, such as ceramics, silicone rubber, etc. 3 Shrinkage of the material used for the mold, such as shrinkage when casting aluminum.
